How is the artwork shipped, how long does it take to receive my artwork?
Digital art is typically delivered within 2-4 weeks via email or transfer services like Google Drive or WeTransfer.
Handmade art, including shipping, takes 3-5 weeks. We use reliable international postal services to ship all hand-painted art. Once your artwork is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.
What should I do if my artwork gets damaged in transit?
If your hand-painted artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@takumistudios.com with photos of the damage.
We recommend purchasing shipping insurance during checkout to protect your order.
