We’re Vish and Aki—a cross-cultural duo with roots in India and Japan. After years at Google and Microsoft, we traded the corporate grind for our true love: anime, manga and Japanese artistry. Our journey is all about blending these rich cultures and sharing them with the world!

Vish's story: "Ever since I was a kid I fell in love with Japanese anime and video games. Japanese culture always fascinated me and after I finally fulfilled by dream of visiting Japan, I knew I wanted to be associated closer with it's culture, and that's where Takumi Studios began!"
Aki's story: "会社員として働きながら、日本の文化、製品を海外に届ける仕事に就きたいといつも考えていました。自国の魅力、素晴らしさを届けること、楽しんでもらうことが何よりも本サービスを通して実現したいことです。匠スタジオはそんな思いから始まりました。"

Meet Our Team
7 years of experience as a SaaS systems consultant in Tokyo, currently focused on management. At Takumi Studios, responsible for artist partnerships and overall operations. Enjoys watching dramas and movies in spare time. Proud owner of a female Pomeranian.
Mi is graduated from San Jose State University and started her career in hospitality at a hotel in San Jose. After gaining experience, she moved into facility management and am now working in the field in Japan. In her free time, she loves traveling across Southeast Asia, spending time in nature, and enjoying video games.
Pooja is a passionate designer with a Bachelor's in Computer Science. She blends technical skills with creativity, specializing in UI/UX and Shopify to craft clean, user-friendly digital experiences at Takumi.
Nithish is a video editor with a passion for storytelling through visual media. Proficient in various video editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Currently working as a freelancer, Dedicated to continuous learning, Nithish strives to push creative boundaries and deliver exceptional Videos
Megha is a passionate graphic designer skilled in sketching, illustration, and graphic design. Inspired by BTS and Korean culture, she blends modern aesthetics with meaningful artistry to create impactful visual stories.
Meet Our Advisors
Mariana, an experienced Architect and Designer with over seven years of expertise across Portugal, India, and Switzerland, has led large-scale projects from concept to completion. Now, she brings her design knowledge to Takumi Studios, offering guidance on design principles, sharing her artistic vision, and contributing her creative expertise to enhance our brand.
Professor of Marketing at Aalto University with extensive expertise in retail management, consumer behavior, and strategic marketing. With years of experience studying global companies, he is well-known for his research-driven approach to retail brand growth, market analysis, and customer engagement strategies. His academic work is widely recognized in the fields of retail innovation and international business development.
アートディレクター。多摩美術大学卒業。広告会社でアートディレクターとして8年勤務した後に渡米、米国の美術大学にて修士号を取得。その後タイに移住し、現地のアメリカ資本の広告会社に5年勤め、カンヌ広告賞プリント部門銀賞、ニューヨークフェスティバル広告賞銀賞などを受賞。現在はフリーランスとして働く。
